Appellate Advocacy

Our appellate practice section strives to ensure that each client’s rights to a fair trial are protected, and that their interests are aggressively promoted through all stages of the case. Our appellate attorneys often are involved at trial in order to maximize the success of any appeal. And if the trial was handled by another firm, we work with the original attorneys to identify appealable issues, write the brief and argue the appeal.
