Rocky Little joined Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin, P.C. in 2004.  He has been board certified since 1999 in the field of Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and has extensive jury trial experience.

Rocky’s practice focuses on many types of personal injury cases including general negligence, medical negligence, products liability, vehicular accidents, premises liability, Deceptive Trade Practices Act claims and wrongful death claims. He has also litigated a broad range of non-personal injury civil suits, including construction defect, professional negligence, mold damage and commercial litigation.

A 1977 cum laude graduate of North Texas State University, Rocky went on to earn an M.B.A. in Finance at the University of Houston in 1978 and his J.D. from the University of Texas in 1986. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas in 1987.  Before law school, Rocky worked for five years in hospital financial management and accounting.
