Marc H. Fanning

Marc Fanning serves as the Chairman of the Board of the law firm of Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin, P.C. His practice is focused on general casualty claims with a particular emphasis on property issues, including commercial and residential claims, first-party claims and construction defect and premises liability cases. He additionally is involved in trucking defense and developed the firm’s “Emergency Response Team” that is available 24/7 to respond to truck accidents.

After earning his B.B.A from Baylor University in 1976, Marc graduated from the Baylor School of Law in 1977. He served as the past co-chair of the Dallas Bar Association Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee and was a member of the “Minority Participants Committee” of the Dallas Bar Association. An avid motorcyclist, Marc also enjoys church and community activities. He and his wife have four children and are proud grandparents as well.
