Joshua T. Kutchin

Director

Joshua Kutchin is a member of the Board of Directors at Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin, P.C. and has practiced with the firm since 1984. He is licensed in all Texas State Courts and all four Federal Districts in Texas, and is certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Joshua has been awarded an “AV” rating by Martindale Hubbell, the highest rating available, and has been listed in the Texas Super Lawyers list by Texas Monthly magazine.

Joshua’s practice includes representation of general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers, relative to both residential and commercial construction disputes. His clients range from “sole proprietorship” contractors to Fortune 500 companies who are engaged in disputes involving design deficiencies, soil engineering issues, EIFS, materials defects, and a wide variety of similar matters. Joshua also defends personal and commercial auto claims, premises liability suits, and other general liability claims.

After receiving his undergraduate degree with honors from Rice University in Houston, Joshua graduated from the University of Texas School of Law. He speaks frequently to claims groups and trade associations, and often presents programs specially tailored to meet the needs of the firm’s clients.

Josh and his wife Heidi have been married since 1984. They have two sons, neither of whom has ever expressed the slightest interest in pursuing the practice of law.
