Joshua A. Skinner

Joshua Skinner is a member of Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin, P.C. and is an experienced trial and appellate attorney. Since joining the firm in 2003, Joshua’s practice has focused on school litigation, employment litigation, local government defense and appellate advocacy. He also serves as assistant general counsel and employment law counsel to various public and private entities, and has served as counsel on a wide range of civil rights and employment cases and appeals.

Joshua received his undergraduate degree in English from the University of Dallas and his law degree at Ave Maria School of Law.  He has been listed on the Texas Rising Stars list three times, 2010-2012, and is a frequent speaker on civil rights and employment law issues.

Joshua is licensed in all Texas state courts, all United States District Courts in Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
