John D. Husted

Associate

John Husted is an associate at Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin, P.C. and is licensed in all Texas state courts and the U.S. District Court’s Northern and Eastern District of Texas. Since joining the firm in 2007, his practice has focused on employment litigation, representation of public entities in general areas and in litigation, school litigation, and appellate advocacy.

Originally from Indiana, John earned an undergraduate degree in History from the University of Dallas. Before becoming an attorney, he was a high school teacher and coach. While earning his law degree at Ave Maria School of Law, John was an Executive Officer of the Moot Court Board and competed as part of the School’s Trial Team. Today, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, and visiting with family and friends.
