Gerald Lotzer is an experienced trial attorney who joined Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin, P.C. in 1988. His practice involves a variety of litigation areas, including automobile, construction, premises, products, medical malpractice and employment law matters.

Before graduating from Baylor Law School in 1988, Gerald worked in the insurance industry as a litigation supervisor, assistant claims manager and home office claims supervisor in the property, casualty and worker’s compensation areas.

He enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, both UT-Dallas graduates, and tinkering with classic cars.
