Dean Foster

Dean Foster is a member of Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin, P.C. and has been with the firm since 2003. Admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2001, he is licensed to practice in all four federal districts in Texas. Dean’s practice focuses mainly on insurance defense and litigation.

A native Texan, Dean earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He was awarded his law degree from South Texas College of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review.

Dean and his wife stay busy raising a young family. He also enjoys hunting, fishing and UT football.
