Barry H. Fanning

Barry Fanning joined Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin, P.C. in 1973. He has nearly four decades of experience handling many large loss construction cases for a variety of different subcontractors, home builders and professionals. His practice also includes a wide range of complex insurance-related controversies, from products liability, trucking liability, premises liability and sexual abuse coverage, to commercial and construction litigation matters. Other areas of expertise include estate planning, wills and probate work.

A native Texan, Barry grew up in Dallas and received his B.B.A. from Baylor University. He earned his J.D. from the Baylor Law School in 1973. Barry serves on numerous church and community boards and organizations. He served as Chairman of the Young Life Dallas Region Fund Drive through 2009 and the Advanced Gifts Chairman of the Community Services Fund Drive of the Downtown YMCA from 2007 through 2009.

Barry enjoys boating, handball, golf, snow skiing and rollerblading.
